What is the booking timeline?

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for most packages. For peak seasons (December, summer), book 3-4 months ahead. Last-minute bookings (less than 30 days) may have limited availability.

What is the deposit requirement?

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation & Changes

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations 30-59 days before receive 50% refund. Within 30 days, no refund is provided. Travel insurance can protect against this.

Can I change my travel dates?

Yes, date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on pricing differences. Changes must be requested at least 30 days before your original departure date.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. We offer comprehensive packages covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Prices range from ₹4,150-₹24,900 depending on coverage.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a valid passport is required for international travel. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. We recommend checking passport validity early in the booking process.

What vaccinations are required?

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, and wire transfers. International clients can use PayPal or Wise transfers. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit cards.

Are there additional fees I should know about?

Package prices include accommodations, most meals, activities, and transportation. Additional fees may apply for visa services, travel insurance, and optional excursions. We always provide full transparency about costs upfront.

Do you offer group discounts?
